We ship FAST!! Almost all orders are shipped the same day we receive payment! If an item isn't in stock
we remove the "purchase" option from our web site. You can be assured that if you place an order, it
will be shipped quickly.
All domestic and International orders are shipped from West Hartford, CT. Orders that contain only
CheatSheets are shipped via USPS first-class mail. There is no tracking information for first class
mail, but this delivery method helps keep the shipping costs low. These orders are usually
shipped in a 6" x 9" or 9" x 12" white envelope, depending on the size of the CheatSheet(s). You
can usually expect delivery within 2-3 days, but first-class mail isn't guaranteed, so it's
possible that it could take longer.
Orders that contain accessories are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, typically in a box. These orders
are usually delivered in 2-3 days and tracking and delivery information is available on these orders.
