We will take whatever reasonable steps necessary to ensure your satisfaction.

PhotoBert will refund the amount of your item(s) purchased excluding shipping costs or will exchange items if you are unhappy with your purchase (excluding downloadable software). Returned products must be in brand-new re-saleable condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and any other items included with the product. Requests for a refund must be made within 5 days of product receipt. Please contact PhotoBert via e-mail at with your:
  • Order Number
  • The address where the order was shipped
  • An explanation of why you are unhappy with your order (we would like to know how we can improve our products)
  • An optional phone number where you can be reached if we have any questions
We will send you a return email with an RMA number and instructions for returning your order. You must ship merchandise for refund within 5 days of receiving the RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipper when returning merchandise.

Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in new condition in strict conformance with the criteria of the returns policy, the purchase price will refunded via the method of payment or a replacement product may be sent. Please allow up to fourteen days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Center, as delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 2 business days after receipt of the item by PhotoBert.

The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times during the shipment of such product to the Returns Center. PhotoBert is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.

  1. In order to return an item, you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. To request an RMA number, emaill PhotoBert Customer Service at
  3. Ensure items are in the original package before shipping
  4. Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels directly on the original manufacturers package
  5. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer packaging
  6. Ship back to PhotoBert via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
