What's the difference between the RED and GREEN Pods?

The Green and Red Pods are exactly the same size - the main difference is where the tripod screw is located. The tripod screw is offset on the Green Pod, but is in the center of the Red Pod. The offset location of the screw on the Green Pod makes  it ideal for DSLR cameras with longer lenses as it can support both the camera and the lens. The center location of the screw on the Red Pod makes it ideal for DSLR cameras with short lenses or Advanced Compact digital cameras or "point-and-shoot" cameras.
